Background
Devon Hart, applicant, 3853 S Newbridge Pl, Meridian, ID, has submitted an application for a tobacco and tobacco products license and an off-sale 3.2 malt beverage license at the new Cub Foods #1592, 10881 University Avenue NE. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license.

By motion, approve a tobacco and tobacco products license and an off-sale 3.2 beverage license for Cub Foods #1592, 10881 University Avenue NE.
