Background
The applicant, Cherie Winchester, 2241 Coon Rapids Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an electronic cigarette store located at 10765 University Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $90.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
