AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MICKMAN BROTHERS FOR THE LAKESIDE COMMONS BEACH PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,339.54, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 13-27

Background

Repairs to the City's Lakeside Commons irrigation system were necessary as a part of the beach parking lot project.  The cost also includes the sodding of the overflow parking area.  Due to the warmer weather conditions, the repairs needed to be done as soon as possible to keep the existing system operating.   Mickman Brothers is on-site in The Lakes of Radisson doing work for the homeowners association and for Hans Hagen in the 58^th Addition, so they were able to perform the work in a timely manner.

By motion, authorize payment.
