APPROVE A TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS LICENSE FOR WAL-MART STORES INC., 11505 ULYSSES STREET NE,  BLAINE

Background

Wal-Mart Stores Inc., 702 SW 8^th Street, Bentonville, Arkansas has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for their new store located at 11505 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $120.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.   

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 11505 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine
