CONFIRM MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS TO THE
2014 NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION BOARD
Background
At the February 6, 2014 City Council meeting, Mayor Ryan announced two-year appointments of Gene Rafferty, Ward 1, Benjamin Ruth, Ward 2, Kimberly Gunter, Ward 3 and Anthony Castillo and Jeffrey Anderson as Member at Large to the Natural Resource Conservation Board.
The appointees' current terms expire on March 31, 2014. The appointees will receive their oaths of office prior to the first meeting of their new term which will begin on April 15, 2014.
All Natural Resource Conservation Board appointee's terms shall expire in March of each year when a successor is qualified. Those confirmed on February 20, 2014 will expire in March 2016.

Move to confirm the Mayor's two-year appointments of Gene Rafferty, Ward 1, Benjamin Ruth, Ward 2, Kimberly Gunter, Ward 3 and Anthony Castillo and Jeffrey Anderson as Member at Large.
