GRANT A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT AT 12260 LEXINGTON AVENUE TO CONNEXUS ENERGY FORELECTRICAL SERVICE TO MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 19
Background
Connexus Energy will be supplying three phase electrical power to the City’s new Well No. 19 on the far west side of the City owned property at 12260 Lexington Avenue. This will require the installation of a transformer at the well site and over 1,200 feet of underground power line from Lexington Avenue to the well site.
The easement is 20 feet wide and abuts the north property line and will allow Connexus to install and maintain the power line and transformer.
Recommendation
By motion, authorize the Mayor to sign a permanent utility easement at 12260 Lexington Avenue to Connexus Energy for electrical service to Municipal Well No. 19.
