Background
Project No. 12-19 includes asphalt pavement replacement, gravel shouldering, storm drainage improvements, culvert replacements and cleaning, ditch cleaning and regrading, traffic control signage, and appurtenant construction. The total cost of the project is as follows:

The total project cost indicated in the Feasibility Report was $976,860.00.
The Assessment Roll has been prepared consistent with the Feasibility Report. Of the total cost, the amount to be assessed is $279,908.53. Pavement Management Program Fund (PMP) contribution is $405,794.00.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the resolution.

WHEREAS, a contract has been entered into for construction of asphalt pavement replacement, gravel shouldering, storm drainage improvements, culvert replacements and cleaning, ditch cleaning and regrading, traffic control signage, and appurtenant construction in the following described area:
Baltimore Street from approximately 410 feet north of 93rd Lane to 91st Avenue, 92nd Lane from Baltimore Street to Davenport Street, 92nd Avenue from Baltimore Street to the cul-de-sac and 91st Avenue from Baltimore Street to Isanti Street
AND WHEREAS, the construction cost for such improvement is $558,775.94 and the expenses incurred in the making of said improvements amount to be $126,926.59 making the total cost $685,702.53.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. The total cost of such improvement is hereby declared to be $685,702.53.
2. The amount to be assessed is hereby declared to be $279,908.53. Pavement Management Program Fund (PMP) contribution is $405,794.00.
3. The City Manager shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
