Background
As part of the maintenance of the City Hall building, staff has solicited the following quotes to power wash and seal the concrete garage floors in City Hall. These include the unheated garage, the fire garage, and the police department sally port and garage. The quotes were:

McGough $20,739
Staff is recommending accepting the quote from Goodmanson Construction in the amount of $16,026. This is a budgeted item in the 2014 public buildings budget.
