Executive Summary

Council is asked to approve a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the Midwest Rett Syndrome Foundation fundraising event. 

 

Background

Luke Knutson, board secretary for the Midwest Rett Syndrome Foundation, has applied for a two-day temporary intoxicating liquor license for their charity hockey tournament.  The applicant has submitted all required documents for the temporary liquor license, including a certificate of liability insurance naming the City as additional insured.  Approximately 250 people are expected to attend the event which will be held July 23-25.
