RED LOBSTER HOSPITALITY, LLC DBA RED LOBSTER #0224, LOCATED AT 8500 HWY 47 NE, BLAINE, MINNESOTA
Background
A public hearing is required prior to the approval of a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license in the City of Blaine.
Darden Restaurants, Inc. dba Red Lobster has entered into an Asset and Stock Purchase Agreement to sell its chain of restaurants to RL Acquisition, LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, RL Acquisition will acquire 100% of the outstanding equity interests of Red Lobster Holdings, LLC. All owners and managers will continue without interruption. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license fee of $5,700, a $500 background fee, the required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Police Department has completed the background investigation and found no information to prohibit the granting of a Private On-sale and Sunday Liquor License to Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC dba Red Lobster #0224.
The license application is being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.
