Background
Michael Huey, applicant for St. Timothy's Catholic Church, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license for St. Timothy's Carnival fundraiser, 707 - 89th Avenue NE, to be held from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 5, 12:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. on September 6, and from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on September 7, 2014.
 
The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.
 
Approximately 3,000 people are expected to attend the event.
 
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Temporary On-sale 3.2% Malt Beverage License for St. Timothy's Carnival fundraiser, 707 - 89th Avenue NE, to be held on September 5, 6, and 7, 2014.
