Background

Councilmember Robertson has provided notice to city staff that she will make a motion to rescind the City Council’s previous denial of Blaine Lakes Apartments’ preliminary plat application (item 10.-11 on December 5, 2022). The proposed preliminary plat is to subdivide one lot into two lots at 551 87^th Lane NE. 

A majority council vote is required to rescind the previous actions. If the previous actions on Blaine Lakes Apartment preliminary plat is rescinded, the City Council will reconsider the applications and vote to approve or deny the applications at its meeting tonight.
