AWARD CONTRACT FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT CITY HALL TO MSI, INCORPORATED
Background
The City recently went out for proposals for cleaning services at City Hall. This service provides after hours cleaning for offices, bathrooms, and common area cleaning and maintenance for City Hall. An RFP was sent out and five proposals were received as shown below:

After reviewing the proposals staff is recommending awarding a contract to MSI, Inc. MSI, Inc. is our current cleaning vendor, has been doing a good job and the bid price is no increase over their current price.
Recommendation
Award contract to MSI, Inc. for cleaning services at City Hall in the amount of $2,590 per month.
