Background
Corey Burstad, owner of Blucy's Roadside Restaurant has completed an application requesting a name change for his business. The name change would be from Blucy's Roadside Restaurant to Bluzy's Roadside Restaurant, located at 12530 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine.
This request is for a name change of the business only. It does not involve a change of owners, a change of corporate officers or a change of location of the business. The State of MN Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement will be notified of the name change.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the name change from Blucy's Roadside Restaurant to Bluzy's Roadside Restaurant, 12530 Ulysses Street NE for his On-Sale and Sunday Liquor license.
