Background
The applicant, Donald Zietlow, 2802 Bergamot Place, Onalaska, Wisconsin has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for the new Kwik Trip store located at 3405 Lake Drive NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing the fee with the City and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Kwik Trip Inc., dba Kwik Trip #206, 3405 Lake Drive NE, Blaine.
