The total project cost indicated in the Feasibility Report was $562,250.00.
The Assessment Roll has been prepared consistent with the Feasibility Report. Of the total cost, the amount to be assessed is $98,435.43. Municipal State Aid (MSA) contribution is $342,009.24.

By motion, approve the resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14-191 passed by the Blaine City Council on October 2, 2014, the City Manager was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost for full width mill, bituminous asphalt overlay, traffic control signage, striping, and appurtenant construction in the following described area:
Naples Street from 95th Avenue to 103rd Street Alignment
AND WHEREAS, the City Manager has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 6th day of November, 2014 in the Council Chambers at Blaine City Hall at 8:00 PM, or as near that time as possible, to pass upon such proposed assessment at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Manager shall give published and mailed notice of such hearing as required by law.
