2014 PROPOSED SENIOR HOUSING BUDGET
Background
As part of the City's comprehensive budgeting process, staff will be presenting the proposed 2014 operating budget and five-year budget model for the EDA Senior Housing Fund. The fund accounts for the operations and management of both Cloverleaf Courts and Blaine Courts residences, the two facilities owned and operated by the Blaine EDA. In conjunction with the budget, a proposed rate schedule will also be presented.
The presentation will provide Council with the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed budget and rate schedule before the budget is brought to the EDA for formal adoption.
