Background

The applicant, Chad Master, has submitted an application for a new commercial garbage haulers license within the City of Blaine.  The applicant has paid the $75 fee, completed all necessary forms, and has supplied a License and Permit Bond and certificate of insurance naming the City of Blaine as an additional insured.

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of a garbage haulers license.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a garbage haulers license for Curbside Waste, Inc., 4025 85^th Avenue N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55433.
