Background

Lou Ochocki, applicant for St. Timothy's Catholic Church, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license for St. Timothy's Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, 707 - 89^th Avenue NE, to be held on April 25, 2013.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately four hundred people are expected to attend the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-sale 3.2% Malt Beverage License for St. Timothy's Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, 707 - 89^th Avenue NE to be held on April 25, 2013.
