RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION TO COUNCILMEMBER KATHERINE KOLB
Body
WHEREAS, Katherine Kolb has served the City of Blaine as Ward 3 Councilmember from January 1999 to January 2015; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Kolb has served diligently, conscientiously, competently, and fairly in all matters related to the office of Councilmember; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine citizens, present and future, are better for her having served as Councilmember.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Blaine expresses the gratitude of Blaine citizens to Katherine Kolb for the loyal and faithful service she has given, by means of this resolution which shall be spread upon the permanent records of the City.
