Background
Thomas V. Carroll, 5234 Kali Court, Albertville, MN has submitted an application for a kennel license as the new owner of Blaine Kennels Inc., located at 10193 Flanders Street NE. Mr. Carroll has submitted an application fee of $70 along with all necessary documentation required by City ordinance.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation of the applicant and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of this license.

By motion, approve a kennel license for Thomas Carroll, new owner of Blaine Kennels, Inc., 10193 Flanders Street NE, Blaine.
