RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION TO COUNCILMEMBER ANDY GARVAIS

WHEREAS, Andy Garvais has served the City of Blaine as Councilmember since 2016; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Garvais has served diligently, conscientiously, competently, and fairly in all matters related to the office of Council; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine citizens, present and future, are better for his having served.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Blaine expresses the gratitude of Blaine citizens to Andy Garvais for the loyal and faithful service he has given, by means of this resolution which shall be spread upon the permanent records of the City.
