APPROVE A TEMPORARY ON-SALE 3.2 MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR CHURCH OF ST TIMOTHY'S CARNIVAL  

Background

Kathy Huey, applicant for St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 707 - 89^th Avenue NE, has filed an application for a temporary On-Sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for their annual Carnival to be held on September 7, 8, and 9th, 2012.

The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Approximately three thousand people are expected to attend the event.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the Temporary On-sale 3.2 Malt Beverage License for St. Timothy's Carnival
