GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AND ESTOPPEL REGARDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS FOR THE LAKES OF RADISSON

Background

Hans Hagen Homes (HHH) is preparing to sell all development related assets to M/I Homes out of Columbus Ohio. M/I Homes will be new to the metro area but is a large home builder and developer operating in many major Cities throughout the eastern half of the US and Texas.   HHH will be assigning the Developers Agreements for three remaining active plats in the Lakes of Radisson (the 54^th, 57^th, and 58^th additions).

The attached document effectively indicates to the buyer, M/I Homes, that the Development Agreements for the mentioned plats are still valid and that there are not any unresolved issues other than standard completion/finishing of the lots.
