Background
Danielle Dahlin, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise and therapist license for Touch of Aloha Massage and Bodywork, located at 11901Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license. Fire inspection will be completed as part of the Certificate of Occupancy process. This license, if approved, would be valid for the 2017 calendar year and eligible for renewal in the fall.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Touch of Aloha Massage and Bodywork located 11901 Central Avenue NE contingent upon the background investigation, fire inspection and Certificate of Occupancy.
