APPROVE OUTSTANDING 2021 ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWALS

 

Background

Since the December 7, 2020 Council meeting the following license renewal applications have been received:

 

Garbage

  • Ace Solid Waste, 6601 McKinley Street NW, Ramsey MN
  • Waste Management of MN, 10050 Naples Street NE, Blaine MN
  •  
  • Pawn
  • We Pay More Pawn, 10543 University Ave (update shared prior to meeting)
  •  
  • Tobacco
  • Awad Company, 10102 Sunset Avenue
  • Elife LLC, 1536 125th Avenue
  • Gas and More, Inc. 1444 93rd Lane
  • Walgreens (four locations)

-                     600 County Road 10

All City Code requirements have been met.  Renewal fees will be paid and background checks completed prior to issuance of any license.  The City Council has the authority to approve or deny any of these licenses for reasons outlined in City Code. 

 

Recommendation

By motion, approve the remaining 2021 license renewals as outlined above.
