Title
APPROVAL OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE/HOSTING FEE FOR ELECTRONIC AGENDA SERVICES WITH GRANICUS, INC.
Background
On January 7, 2011, the City entered into a contract with Granicus, Inc. to implement an automated electronic agenda creation and maintenance process that uses software and information hosting services provided by Granicus, Inc. This is the annual payment for subscription to the system, and software support. The funding for this system comes from the City's Cable Television Fund. The annual fee for the period of June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013 is $13,329.
The request to approve the above referenced contract is pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts in excess of $10,000.
