Background

A Request for Proposal was advertised for a food concession trailor/truck services at Lakeside Commons Park.  Staff received one proposal from Chubby's Shop in Blaine to provide the request services.  Staff has met and is recommending approval of Chubby's to provide concessions at Lakeside Commons Park.  Menu items to include:  Wraps, Sandwiches, Ice Cream, Nachos, Hot Dogs, chips, cookies, and beverages.   

Recommendation

By Motion, approve the agreement with Chubby's for a food concession trailor services at Lakeside Commons Park.
