APPROVAL OF 2018-2019 VENDING TRUCK LICENSE
Background
The following application has been submitted for a vending truck license:
Blaine Anoka Ice Cream
Faysal Hasan, Owner/Operator
18005 Waco Street NW
Ramsey, MN 55303
The required $100 fee and all application materials to operate one vending truck within the City has been submitted. The applicant has complied with code requirements relative to liability insurance and has applied for a retail mobile food handler’s license through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of this license. The vending license shall be effective through April 30, 2019.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the 2018-2019 temporary vending truck license.
