Background

Roger Stawski, of the National Sports Center has submitted an application for an Amusement Device License for three amusement devices at the Schwan Ice Arena, located at 1700 105^th Avenue NE, Blaine.   The application fee of $100 has been submitted and all necessary documentation required by City Ordinance has been received.

Recommendation

By motion, approve an amusement device license for the Schwan Ice Arena, 1700 105^th Avenue NE, Blaine.
