Background
Whitney Trickett, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for New Moon Bodywork & Massage LLC, located at 11901 Hwy 65 NE, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation. Ms. Trickett is also requesting an individual license as she will be working as a massage therapist at this location.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.
This license is valid for the 2015 calendar year and will be eligible for renewal.
