Background

Barbara Weis-Sinnott, owner and applicant, has submitted an application to renew her Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Miracle of Touch, located at 852 114^th Lane NE, Blaine.  The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.  

The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.

This license is valid for the 2015 calendar year and will be eligible for renewal in the fall.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve the renewal of a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Miracle of Touch, located at 852 114^th Lane NE, Blaine.
