Background

City staff put out an RFP for a consultant for the Sanctuary Preserve Park to WSB & Associates, Pioneer Engineering and SRF Consulting in February. All three companies have been used on recent Blaine park projects. Proposals were due back to us on March 16^th. All three consulting groups provided proposals and here were their numbers.

SRF Consulting - $21,978

Pioneer Engineering - $22,060

WSB & Associates - 34,412

Recommendation

Staff is recommending Council accept SRF Consulting Groups proposal of $21,978 for the Sanctuary Preserve Park project.
