Title
APPROVE 2012-2013 OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
The attached list of Off-Sale Liquor licenses are renewing on June 30, 2012 for the new license period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Staff has received the license renewal applications from all the establishments along with required documentation.
Each applicant has deposited an annual license fee in the amount of $200 with the City. All other City code requirements have been met including a surety bond and liquor liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the renewal of the 2012-2013 Off-Sale Liquor license applications.
