Background
MS Wellness Project, Inc. has filed an application for a temporary on-sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for their event to be held on August 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Aquatore Park. The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event. The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.
Approximately 100-200 people are expected to attend the event.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Temporary On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Beverage license for MS Wellness Project, Inc. located at Aquatore Park, 9191 Lincoln Street NE, Blaine.
