Background
Public and written notice has been provided as required by City Charter. The vacation of drainage and utility easements is being requested in order to combine Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 of The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition into one lot for one building. The Engineering Department, Centerpoint Energy and Xcel Energy have reviewed this request and concur with the vacation.
Ordinance No. 12-2253 was introduced for first reading at the September 20, 2012 Council meeting and is presented at this time for adoption.

Chapter 198 - Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easements
198.01 - The South 30 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except for the East 20 feet and the West 5 feet thereof.
And:
The North 10 feet of the East 266.31 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except for the East 10 feet and except for the West 5 feet thereof.
198.02 - Said vacation has been made after Notice of Public Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 12.06, of the City Charter of the City of Blaine.
