Background
The final plat for Sanctuary Preserve was approved in May and recorded later in the summer. Recent survey review has indicated two small math and description errors in the Plat for a few of the lot and out lot boundaries. The attached resolution and Certificate of Plat Correction are needed to correct the plat for the Anoka County Surveyor’s office.
The plat correction does not impact any of the previous plat approvals granted by the Council.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.

WHEREAS, a request has been filed by the applicant as part of subdivision Case No. 15-0014; and
WHEREAS, said case involves a review and approval of a Certificate of Plat Correction for the Plat of Sanctuary preserve; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine City Council has reviewed the Certificate of Plat Correction for Sanctuary Preserve and found it to be consistent with previous City Council approvals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine that the Certificate of Plat Correction for Sanctuary Preserve is hereby approved and that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute said Certificate on behalf of the City.
