Background

A petition dated March 30, 2018, was submitted to the City by Donald Kveton, representing N & D Management LLC, requesting vacation of drainage and utility easements for re-platting into single-family residential properties.  The applicant represents 100% of the affected property abutting this easement.  The Engineering Department has reviewed this request and concurs with the vacation

By motion, adopt the Resolution.

WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition dated the 30^th day of March 2018, requesting vacation of drainage and utility easement as described in Document No. 264787, as recorded in Anoka County, Minnesota.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:

1.                     The vacation of drainage and utility easement is hereby approved as described:

                     The West 50 feet of the East 387.00 Feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 31, Range 23; and

                     The North 50 feet of the East 387.00 Feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 31, Range 23.
