BLAINE COMMUNITY CENTER DISCUSSION
Background
The Council indicated that they would like to discuss the possibility of a Blaine Community Center. Attached for the Council's review are some aerials of the Town Square Area and Aquatore Park as well as a concept showing a Community Center in Aquatore. Also attached is a summary and selected pages from the Community Center Task Force that was formed in 1998, the last time a Community Center proposal was put on the City ballot.
