APPROVE A TEMPORARY ON-SALE 3.2 MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR THE SANNEH FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER AT THE NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER TO BE HELD ON

Background
Tony Sanneh, applicant for The Sanneh Foundation, has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license for a charity soccer game fundraiser to be held at the National Sports Center from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on August 17, 2013.
The applicant has deposited with the City a $50 license fee and a certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event. The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of this license.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Temporary On-sale 3.2% Malt Beverage License for The Sanneh Foundation fundraiser at the National Sports Center to be held on August 17, 2013.
