Background
The applicant, Jacob Asmussen, 25849 Nightingale Street, Isanti, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an
e-cigarette store located at 10141 Central Avenue NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $75.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
