Background

Rui Hao He, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Amazing Spa located at 443 87^th Lane NE, Blaine.  The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.

The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license.

This license would be valid for the remainder of the 2014 calendar year and eligible for renewal in 2015.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Amazing Spa located at 443 87^th Lane NE, Blaine.
