Background
The applicant, Sara Kittelson, 17480 Butternut Street NW, Andover, MN has submitted an application for a Massage Enterprise License for a massage business to be located at 9140 Baltimore Street NE, Suite 140, Blaine, MN.
The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted the license fee of $150.00 and a background fee of $200.00 with the City along with the required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on the enterprise and found nothing to prohibit issuance of this license.
This license will be renewed in the fall and is effective only for the 2013 calendar year.
