APPROVE AN AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE FOR WAL-MART #3498, 4369 BALL ROAD NE, BLAINE

Background

National Entertainment Network, LLC, has submitted an application for an Amusement Device License for three (3) devices at Wal-Mart #3498 located at 4369 Ball Road NE, Blaine.  The 4369 Ball Road NE location will open on September 23^rd and the 4405 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE location will close on September 22^nd.  All necessary documentation required by City Ordinance has been received.

Recommendation

By motion, approve an amusement device license for Wal-Mart #3498, 4369 Ball Road NE, Blaine.
