Executive Summary
Staff requests Council approval of the 2022 payment of $79,594.92 for the above referenced software pursuant to the Blaine City Charter section 6.05, which requires City Council approval of all purchases or contracts more than $50,000.
Background
Council is asked to approve payment to Tyler Technologies for support and maintenance of the City’s Financial Management software. The system includes multiple software applications currently in use by the City: (1) Financial Management; (2) Payroll & Human Resources; (3) Utility Management; (4) Decision Support; and (5) eSuite. The current support agreement with Tyler Technologies expires June 30, 2022. The new agreement would extend coverage through June 30, 2023.
