Executive Summary
Council is asked to approve a tobacco and tobacco products license which will allow the applicant to sell tobacco products.
Background
Adnan Safi, applicant and President of ADSA Inc, has applied for a tobacco and tobacco products license for ADSA Inc. DBA Circle Pines Station located at 8550 Lexington Avenue NE #120. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and paying associated fees. The current license holder at this location indicated he will be relocating. Mr. Safi will be moving to this location at that time. This license is for the convenience store located in this building.
The Blaine Police Department is conducting a background investigation, issuance of the license is contingent upon background. If approved, the tobacco license will be effective through December 31, 2022.
