Background

Consultant Craig Rapp will lead the City Council and staff through a process to refresh the City’s strategic plan. The strategic plan was originally written in 2019. Staff has been working on the plan since 2020 and due to changing circumstances some of the plan elements need to be updated. After the strategic plan refresh is complete, staff will work to complete the strategic plan by the end of 2022.
