Executive Summary
Council is asked to approve the vending truck licenses listed below. These licenses will allow applicants to sell ice cream or similar treats from a mobile vending truck on city streets.

The Blaine Police Department is in the process of conducting a background investigation on all applicants and issuance of the licenses is contingent upon successful a background. If approved, the vending licenses will be effective May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023.
