Background
Anticipated items for discussion include:
• Board of Review
o Attached is a brief PowerPoint including a staff proposal regarding the 2022 board of equalization. If the council is interested in reconstituting the local board of review, the appointment process needs to begin within the next few weeks in order to meet the training deadline of February 1. Staff is asking council to consider remaining with the Anoka County Open Book process. The rationale is included in the attachment.
• Member Discussion Items
• Upcoming City Manager review
o Director Tabor will briefly describe the process developed and used last year for the annual review and distribute a proposed timeline and forms. Council will have an opportunity to comment on the process.
• 2022 retreat schedule
o A 2022 council meeting calendar is attached for easy reference. Please bring your calendars with so we can attempt to save the dates for our 2022 Council retreats.
