Background

A Critical Incident and Civil Unrest Response presentation was presented to council at the Workshop on 5/17/2021. Today’s presentation is a follow-up to that and specifically addresses the communication during a critical incident.

Topics that will be covered include internal vs. external communications, as well as other considerations that may come up in critical incidents that relate to communications.
